What we do

Three service lines, one specialism.

Adults with learning difficulties sit at the centre of everything we do. Older-adults domiciliary care runs alongside, delivered by the same team and held to the same standard. Children's services run through a separate, partnered platform.

Adults · learning difficulties

Built around the person. Not the building.

Our adult services run in three modes. Many of the people we support move between them as their needs and confidence change — the team and the relationships stay consistent.

Outreach Support

Community-based support that helps adults access activities, education, work and social life in their own neighbourhoods.

Planned and emergency outreach with experienced staff. Support is structured around the person — never the other way round — and works alongside their family, social worker and clinical team.

Supported Living

Long-term tenancies in small, settled homes where adults live as independently as their needs allow, with staff on hand when it matters.

Small group and solo placements with bespoke staffing ratios — 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 — agreed with the local authority before move-in. The home is the person's; staff are there to support, not run it.

Residential Care

Specialist residential placements for adults with learning difficulties whose needs are best met in a structured care home.

Our residential settings — including Thamesdale House in Hertfordshire — are designed as family homes, not institutions. Detached bungalow and large garden where appropriate, with experienced staff teams and access to our private consultant psychiatrist.

Older adults

Care at home — and beyond, when home isn't enough.

Our older-adults line covers domiciliary care, residential places and day-centre activity. Dignity, independence and quality of life lead every decision.

Personal care

Assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.

Companionship

Meaningful conversations, accompanying clients on walks, and participating in activities they enjoy.

Meal preparation

Delicious and balanced meals tailored to dietary needs and preferences.

Housekeeping

Light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up living spaces.

Transport

Medical appointments, grocery shopping, social outings.
