Planned placements and emergency moves — both done properly.
We take referrals from social-work teams, integrated care boards, families and discharging hospitals. The same admin team picks up the phone for all of them.
How it works
Five steps, no surprises.
For most adult placements you can expect this process to run in three to six weeks. Emergency moves we'll do in 48–72 hours where the right staffing and the right setting line up.

A short conversation
Email or call. We'll listen to who you're trying to support, what the urgency is, and whether we're the right fit before anything else.

Information sharing
Care plan, behaviour-support plan, risk assessments, MDT notes, any recent CTRs. We sign whatever consent / data-sharing agreement your authority needs.

Pre-admission visit
We visit the person where they currently are — not the other way round. The staff who'd be supporting day-to-day are part of that visit.

Costed proposal
Staffing ratio, hours, clinical input, transport, transition plan. Written, plain language, no hidden line items.

Transition
Phased where it can be, fast where it has to be. We're set up for both planned and emergency admissions — we will say so honestly if a timeline isn't realistic.
