About us
A small business with an unrivalled specialism.
London Paramount Care Ltd was set up to do one thing properly: tailored support for adults with learning difficulties. Everything else — older-adults care, recruitment, our staffing model — has been built around that core promise.
What we are
Specialist, by design.
We pride ourselves on being a small business specialising in bespoke support services to the health and social care sector. That smallness is not a limitation — it's the point. It means the people who run the company know the people we support, their families, and their social workers by name.
We provide both planned support and emergency intervention. London Paramount Care Ltd always tailors our care to best suit each individual person — not to fit the person to the service we already happened to be offering.
Our staff are experienced, trained, and supervised. We employ a private consultant psychiatrist in-house, and we work closely with local CATTs (Community Assessment and Treatment) teams, GPs, advocates and commissioners.

Clinical input
A consultant psychiatrist on the team — not on a referral letter.
A private consultant psychiatrist sits within the team. We collaborate with local CATTs teams and partner agencies to keep clinical input close to day-to-day support.
For families and commissioners, this is the difference between waiting weeks for a specialist review and having one happen within the support team itself. It also means medication decisions, behaviour-support plans and risk assessments are written by people who actually know the person.
How we work
Four words we keep in the room.
Integrity, commitment, care and compassion. Stated values are cheap — these four are tested on the days everything goes wrong. We've built our practice, hiring and supervision around them.
Integrity
We do what we said we'd do — in writing, on time, and reviewed openly with families and local authorities.
Commitment
Long staff tenures and consistent shifts. Familiar faces are how trust gets built in this work.
Care
Care isn't a task list. We work from the person's strengths and preferences, not just their support plan.
Compassion
Plain speech, eye contact, patience. The unglamorous bits of compassion are the ones service users actually feel.
Next step
Looking for a provider who'll talk specifics, not generalities?
We'd rather have a fifteen-minute conversation about one specific person than a forty-minute meeting about our 'approach'.
